Get all the best parts of a boxer’s and kickboxer’s workout without the injuries. The Kickboxing class focuses on body mechanics, footwork, punching, kicking, kneeing and conditioning drills. This is a cross training, total body workout that will give you true functional fitness. You will look up an hour later dripping sweat and wonder where the time went!!.
